First gather all of your pictures together in one folder. Get pictures from family, relatives, Facebook, Instagram or old archives. If you would like your pictures in a particular order, they must be numbered in that order, or you need to express that to me. You may group your pictures in categories if you desire, ie family, John Doe, career, favorite pastimes, etc. if your files are not numbered or named, I will place them in random order.
All materials, i.e pictures, videos, poems, sayings, etc. for your slideshow must be submitted together.
Next, decide what picture you would like as a cover picture.
How many pictures are allowed? This depends on you and how many you have. I can accept as many as you have, however there is a pricing difference.
Slideshow length
Slideshow length can vary and be any length you like up to a point. It depends on how long you want each picture to stay on the screen and how many pictures you have. I suggest approximately 6-7 seconds per picture. There are no additional charges per show up to 15 minutes. Please bear in mind that the show can be looped.
Slideshow Design
Because of the short timing between slideshow submission and the funeral. Anthony will use his discretion about the design, however you are welcome to give your input regarding colors, fonts, cover picture, etc.
Delivery Times
All slideshows will be delivered Via Digital transfer. We transfer.com, please be sure and check your junk folder if you feel it has not arrived in your regular mail folder.
An archival DVD slideshow is available in DVD case for a nominal cost or can be placed on a thumb drive.
Rush Charges
I try as much as possible to have your slideshow ready for viewing if materials are submitted in a reasonable time frame, however last-minute submissions may either not be able to be accomplished or may incur a rush charge.

If you have hard copy pictures that you would like to have scanned and cropped to be digitized for your slideshow, or any other purpose. I can do that. Hard copy size up to 8.5 x11. Above 8.5 x11 please call.

How to send me your pictures for slideshows
In most cases the size of your picture package will be too large for email. Usually, a 25mb limit. You may physically bring your materials or upload them via digital transfer.
I suggest wetransfer.com, a free service for projects under 2GB bites in size.
Instructions
Please go to 'wetransfer.com' via desktop computer or mobile. Desktop provides easier navigation.
· Go to tab ‘Upload Files’ on left side
· Upload your project. If your files are in a folder, click the folder option, if not just click (+) button
· Input my email in the ‘email to’ line aconoway@gmail.com
· Input your email in the from field
· In 'title line' input your Full Name
· In message space you may type anything. Transfer will not occur without something in this space. If you have a message, type, if not just type ‘Here is my Project’
· Click transfer. That’s it!
'WeTransfer' will now send a secure code to your email. Type the code in and hit submit. Wai until the percent bar gets to 100%(about 1 minute) If all has gone well, you will receive a confirmation in your email box.
